I was noticing that it seemed considerably better tonight -- were you still having problems?

1. According to your stats page, and also its log, they did properly update. In fact the stats show that players have played early this morning.
2. No, they won't lag your server.

Yes, they're working on it and hopefully it will be fixed very soon. If it becomes unplayable for you, we do have another location in LA (level3) that you might consider moving to. The AT&T problem is not affecting our level3 location.

It sounds like the Verio-AT&T link in LA is just saturated with traffic during peak hours, so they're having to add an additional link, which is taking some time. I hate it too :(

Make sure you have the software correctly configured to your MySQL database. The information on your username, password, and database name should have been included with our original reply email to your webspace request.

Verio is currently having problems with its AT&T peering in LA. This is a temporary problem, and they're telling us that it will be fixed by tommorrow.

Server rebooted

We rebooted verio-dual166-5 at around 9pm this evening, to fix some issues we were having with it. There was an outage lasting around 7 minutes as a result.

The server is back up to full operational status at this point.

I also very much prefer to answer this sort of question in email, because it's easier to track.

Ok, could you answer the question part of my last post? The rest was just an explanatory comment and may be safely ignored.

Are the logs giving you any clues as to what is going on? Crashes are always due to corrupted or buggy plugins =\

To use phpMyAdmin, you would have to install it yourself. You can get it here:

http://www.phpmyadmin.net

Their installation guide is here -- it's very easy to install:

It could, but I think it's mainly routine maintenance. ZipCrash, I'm not sure what you're referring to..?
