Re: Day of Infamy
If there is enough demand for a game we can definitely look into supporting. Since it's built within the Source Engine it really shouldn't be too difficult to support, we just need the demand to be there.

Re: 5v5 + 2 spectator slots (12 slot)
I don't believe there are vanilla commands to do exactly what you want, but in theory you can mimic this setup in Vanilla. Try setting mp_limitteams to 1. This will make it so the other team can only have a single extra player on it before it becomes locked. You can also use mp_autoteambalance 1 to ...

Re: Australian Location?
The up-front cost of opening a new location is extremely high. If we were going to offer a new location it'd make sense to offer as many services there as we could to get as much business there as possible.

Re: Windows 10 for XBox Play Anywhere?
Can you provide a source here? It really doesn't make sense for them to restrict it to a consumer OS only. Though, if they did I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work on the server variant (Windows Server 2016), which will be supported on our end.

Re: VPS upgrading to a Dedicated Server Machine
Switching to a dedicated server will definitely improve performance, but not because the VDS is shared(they aren't). You'll just be running on bare hardware which remove the small performance ding from being in a virtual environment. The E3s are also generally faster on a per-core basis over the E5s...

Please understand that this is a forum and not a direct support line. You need to be patient and allow people time to check the forums, investigate your problem and send you a reply. By continually bumping your post you really just annoy people with email notifications ;) I've never worked with the ...

That's good to hear! Best thing you can do is to start being active on the forum and start idling our IRC channel and assisting people whenever possible.

Re: Problems with OpenVPN
The client config is what you use to connect to the server, the server config is on the VDS. They would be titled server.conf and client.ovpn.

Re: VDS/VPS questions
When checking your logs, you'll want to be sure that you are not mistakenly seeing your successful administrator login attempts for those. If you aren't, it very likely to be something within your webserver. It's possible your web server was the entry point, before compromising the website files the...

Re: Why is Natural Selection 2 so Expensive?
At another provider it's possible, but here everything is broken out by resource usage. Smaller servers aren't necessarily being put on slower or higher loaded machines, so generally no extra steps are needed on our end. Also, it appears that the value can be changed by anyone, meaning it doesn't ne...

Re: Why is Natural Selection 2 so Expensive?
Due to NS2's age and limited player base I wouldn't expect that any performance levels would be added, but if resources requirements have dropped enough to the point where it's not using an entire core I don't see any reason why players cannot set that setting to what they desire. Overall, it appear...

Re: Why is Natural Selection 2 so Expensive?
Back in the day when NS2 first released and throughout a majority of its life it was extremely CPU intensive, which made it expensive to run. It's likely the resource requirements have dropped and that the price needs to be reevaluated. I will mention this to the correct people so we can investigate...

Re: Space Engineers Managed Server + Better Donation System
We actually already use payment processors to process our payments, but the same would apply when it comes to chargebacks. When a chargeback is filed and successful (which most are) We get hit with fees and it seriously hurts our standing with said payment processor. Having first and last month woul...
