Cant login to admin panel

Game: CS 1.6
Problem:

I'm new to php and I have created a new php site through your free web hosting service. I went to site and logged in, and got to the control panel, everything was working fine. I changed the perfernces and some other things. Than when I logged out and logged back in, the admin panel wasnt there any more, but it said i was logged in? I also have no idea what this means

"Your MySQL account can be accessed from your webspace using the hostname of ******, database name of *******, username of ********, and your current password. It is version 4.0.x."

Please explain that.

That info is what you generally use to install MySQL based applications like forums or content management systems (phpBB, phpNuke).

The adminpanel is only accessable when you log in as an admin. Which you can do by proceeding to http://teamss.nuclearfallout.net/admin.php
