Noobie help.

Hi, I am new to renting a server..and Im REALLY CONFUSED. I have no idea what im doing

Ive looked all over..and i cant find the plugin.ini folders or anything, I cant use admin_t, admin_ct, cant restrict anything. I need someone to help me in a way that I would understand.. like.. explaining to me very simply what to do.thank guys

go to file manager in your control panel
go to addons/adminmod/config/plugins.ini

# addons/adminmod/scripts/plugin_CS.amx

make that look like this by removing the #:

then save, and restart the server.
