If I reqouest a server to be reset to original specs. will it be reloaded, completey or just reset , asin reset like I can already do in the control panel? and usually how long can I expect to wait after I email NFO before they reset it?
You can have it totaly reset if you like. After an email to us it won't take too long but it is done manualy so it will take a bit longer than our automated functions. If you are having it totaly reset I recomend backing up any files you want to save.
