is it possible to have instead of my http://nba1341.nuclearfallout.net/forums
to be http://forums.nba1341.nuclearfallout.net
do i do this in my forum configuratoin if possible?

That would require a subdomain on your subdomain. Unfortunately we dont offer that capability.
