My Server is down and I cannot get it back up.

Hey guys My losangels.nuclearfallout.net server is down at 3:20am on March 12th and I cannot get it back up. I cannot even access the server control tab. I would email but cannot find your email addresses. Please look into this thanks.

It appears that the server machine has crashed at about that time this morning. Our scripts attempted to reboot it at about 3am this morning but failed. When a machine stops responding, we are normally johnny on the spot with a repair. As you can see, something has gone wrong with this one. Rest assured we are aware of this problem and trying to get it resolved as soon as humanly possible.

any update on this issue? Is it possible to move my server to another machine? also, Is it possible to have you put all the files of my server into a zipped or archived file in a seperate folder so that I can download it as a backup incase files get lost?

Since the machine that has your files on it is the one that has crashed, we can't get files off of it untill we can boot it up or manage to remove the harddrive. There InterNAP and NFo techs on the scene now working on it.

I'm not seeing an email from you. Make sure that you are sending it to rentals@nuclearfallout.net, as that is the only one we support servers from.

omg please tell me this is just a temporary fix as my server now shows it as being a freshly rented server. Please tell me you did not loose my configuration files.

Ok I just saw the email from your company I c this is a temporary fix. That is a BIG relife. Thanks again guys.
