Need help getting free web space to work

I can't get the standard php nuke setup that came with my free web space to work. It will not let me make a super user account. It is almost like it already exist but i dont have the admin name or password for it. I have cleared the files and reload it several times but I still get the same thing. Help please

I've retested it, and the install does work properly for me. Make sure that you're clearing both the mysql and files between retries, and create the user as quickly as you can after you generate the php-nuke install so that nobody else can slip in.
