Hl guard agreement

I have hlguard installed on my server but for some reason the little agreement doesnt pop up to people who connect to my server . I really like the agreement part because its sort of like a scarecrow that scares away crows .

In the hlguard.cfg (you should find it either in the hlguard of the config folder), scroll down until you see this:

Then remove the // in front the last line so it looks like this:

hlg_exec addons/hlguard/config/hlg_agreement.cfg

Then restart your server and it should work

Alright I did exactly as you said and still no agreement pops up. I seen it in nsr's server by you guys so I wanted it to . Maybe theres something you guys can to do help me cause I'm lost and I would really like the agreement !
