server san jose

hello this afternnoon

we got a san jose server with 20 slots we have two other server we rent from you

it has only been a few hours and it seems to be a hassle to move all of our plugins etc for only saving a few bucks not to mention my latency is
worse. i should have tested this out prior

can i get a refund for san jose server and just add slots to our seattle based server this would be alot easyer and

my latency is way better on the seattle server

You're much closer physically to Seattle, so it makes sense that your latency would be much better there. Ping is mainly based on distance.
