the hltv is set on a delay, don't stop the hltv right when the match is over or it will be cut off
go viewdemo demoname, then hit the console button to see the FF and Rewind buttons

like just to record no slots or anything is that free?

Source TV is free, simply enable it tv_enable 1 and record using tv_record demoname

because its a separate hltv.exe program, not built into the srcds like srctv is
