can i link a style sheet to a weblink.css

i was wondering for my css motd.txt if i can put this and if it will work. or for that matter put it in any .html file and if it would work

Im not sure how the MOTD browser goes about formatting css (or if it even does at all). If it does accept css, then yes it should work.
