high cpu priority and ping accelerator ?

Hi, I'm still trying to decide which server host to go with and have a couple more questions:

I currently play on a nuclear fallout hosted server - thelordclan.net - and I am really happy with its performance, but was wondering if they have any extras enabled such as high cpu priority or ping acceleration. Is this something you can tell me?

Their server was not purchased with high priority or ping acceleration.
