high pings

for the last week or so we have been experiencing high pings. they will jump to about 300+ and then will slowly climb back down. we are running mani mod, mumod, and minimum stats mod on a CS:S 20man server.

The forums aren't the best venue for individual server issues that do not affect the group

Have you already tried disabling the plugins temporarily already?

IRC's been flaky because of continuing denial of service attacks, so email would be your best bet right now.
