my admins r bein banned by server???

i have just found out that my server has been kickin and bnning ppl that play. i have everything set up to not kick even if u tk or kill hostages. but wats weird is that its my admins that are bein banned who have imunity. can anyone help

One possible scenario is that they are trying to use the wrong rcon password, and the server bans their ip after too many attempts.

What would help is what game is this for?
