Forums Question.
Just wondering how to sticky/announcement a post. and also how to make people Moderators and other things.
If you are an admin/moderator, you can select sticky/announcement when you make a topic using the radio style buttons.
You can make people moderators in the admin panel below the forums. Click on the link and go under User Admin --> permissions and enter the username of the person you wish to set as a moderator. On the side of the different sections of your forums, you can make them moderator in the drop down menu. You can also do it using groups of moderators under the Group Admin management/permissions.
Many of the things you would want to do with the phpbb forums is through the Administration Panel.
