You should get plugins for http://www.amxmodx.org, most amx plugins are ported over to amxx. If using the plugin search feature, make sure you turn down the score from the drop down menu, ie 4 to like 2 to get more plugins. Also you can go to the forums and use the search feature to find plugins.

You need to upload plugins in the .amxx format to your addons/amxmodx/plugins folder using FTP (can get to it using file manager). You can enable them by adding the pluginname.amxx to the bottom of addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini (using file manager to edit). Then change maps.

A lot of the cs plugins work for cz, its not that much different. I know alot of people that use amxmodx with several plugins loaded. You can install amxmod using FTP with 0.9.9 files. If you are having difficulty, theres live chat on the control panel.

As for plugins, its the same thing for adding them, just different addon directories.
