how do I add this mod into my server?

it's the "Protect your server from lame TKers."

Can somebody tell me or give me a link to show how to install this mod? I really like this mod.

You would need to compile the source code (.sma file) with adminmod and then upload it to your server.
This compiler should work: http://files.nfoe.net/download.php?fnam ... minmod.zip
(read the included instructions.txt)

Once you've got it uploaded, you need to add it to the adminmod/config/plugin.ini file. See that file for an example of how to add it, its pretty self explanitory.

I dont see a plugin.ini file in my adminmod/config folder. What should I do?
