Need help with a plugin

I've been trying to get this plugin to work:

I've added the sounds to sounds\misc
I've added the amx files to .dll
I added dlls\plugin_sank_sounds.amx to the plugins line
I've tried turning the plugin file on in the server
I've tried restarting the server
Added .res files, to map folder
Added snd_list.cfg to root folder

Help is appreciated!

Well, it's hard to say, but first off .amx files need to go in addons/adminmod/scripts (and nowhere else). You'll need to edit addons/adminmod/config/plugin.ini and add a line for each script.

btw, that plugin is dumb. i tried it and half the sounds didnt work. everything was installed properly too

At least you could get it to work. Any other suggestions?

This thing is driving me friggin nuts.
(BTW adding a line for all the *.amx files, makes it so that no one can even connect to the server)
