why does it say im regisitered as a buyer before i even registered.. im tyrin to buy a server but i cant register with my email.

If you already have an account (from a prior failed order, or because you've used the control panel in some capacity before) then you will need to use the "This is a new server, and I already have a Nuclearfallout login." option on the Price/order page. If you can't remember your password, you can use http://control.nuclearfallout.net/lostpassword.pl to recover it.
