Our Vent server has been down for 3 days now and we have no idea why. Booted everyone out and then it said unable to connect. Can you please check it to see if there is a problem, ty
What is your identifier? Does this server still show up in your control panel?
If it does, try contacting us through the 'Live chat' (there is a tab for this in the control panel).
