High Latency?

High Latency?

I have a person reporting me that he gets around 100 - 110ms on my LA InterNap 100Tick server from Toronto, Canada. His ISP is Sympatico.

I think thats around the ping he has to be from there.

If you send us his tracert to the server and IP address, we can check into that for you.
