..and I have a few questions.
I am looking into getting a 11-12 man private CS:Source server for my clan and when i was checking prices I got confused with what specs each server has.
I want a 100tic server, so would i have to add in the Ping Accelerator to be able to get a tic rate of 100? or is the normal server already 100tic and the PA strictly for ping reduction only?
If the PA has nothing to do with making the server 100tic, how do i do so and where can i get a pricing?
Do i need to buy a HLTV to allow people to view the matches or does the SourceTV that it comes with all i need?
I know thoes questions may sound noobish but this is my first time buying a server so I want it to be a good one, and know exactly what i am getting for my money.
Thanks
Thinking about buying a server..

Hi, either level of ping acceleration will allow you to raise the tickrate on your server to 100. Without the ping accelerator the server will remain at VALVe's default tickrate, 33.
SrcTV is currently the only option for spectating CS:S from a proxy, and of course it is included free with any CS:S server (and fully manageable from the control panel).
