Yes, all servers have been updated. Our standard turnaround time after a required Valve update is about 30 minutes. The breakdown goes something like this:

15 minutes waiting for the files to download from Valve
10 minutes testing the update
5 minutes uploading the files to our all our machines
1 minute applying the update to all servers
