telling tick rate?

When ur in a server how much IN /s and OUT /s should you have to tell the performance of the server?

my 100 tic server is about 60 IN /s and 50 OUT /s? is that normal?

I think your server is empire in chicago. If thats the case, I added sv_maxupdaterate 120 to your server.cfg since it looks like you removed it when editing that file. That is needed to get the 100/s for the IN.
