Do I get a pro-rated refund when I cancel my 6-month subscription?
No; we do not offer refunds.
If we did offer refunds, we would likely not offer them on multiple-month subscriptions. The reasoning with multiple-month subscriptions is that the renter trades a guarantee of extended rental for a discount; if we allowed early cancellations, the former part of the equation would disappear, making it a pure discount and unfair to us.
