Server is down, won't go back up...

Not sure what the problem is... Cheney's Hunting Grounds, cheney.nuclearfallout.net...

Changed the default load map to something else that I figured should work ("mp/l4dm2") from ("mp/q4dm7")... pretty sure that's not the problem, it simply won't reboot period, didn't change anything in my RA4 mod and that used to work fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
