we found out that the three ppl who are living in bc, canada all ping over 100 at the same time then drop to 55-60 later then it goes up again. I would like to fix this problem do to the fact that 50 ping diffrence is a lot.
Sounds like it's a routing problem to or from the ISP of those three people. If you email us the tracert's to and from the server, we can analyze it for you.
