Game: Counter-Strike;Source
Hey, i'm thinking about switching gsp's, and upon looking at your order form it asks for the options of ping accelerator and hyperaccelerator. The server we're needing is a 12-man private server purely for matching/scrimming purposes. For this, you need at least 66tic, and 100 tic is highly recommended. Now I know you have to order the ping accelerator in order to freely adjust your tick rate, but i'm wondering how much more of a difference will the hyperaccelerator do?
I've read that it makes the gameplay seem more smooth, and the shot registries are more efficient, but is there really that much of a difference from 250fps to 500fps to be worth the 20 bucks?
And also if you could explain the exact differences in a little more detail, if possible? Thank you for your time.
Question: Ping Accelerator or Hyperaccelerator?

With CS:S, it's more of a "feel" than anything, since the tickrate is the primary driver of performance and not server FPS. I'd recommend that you try both (during the free trial period it lets you adjust your server however you'd like without penalty).
