balancing teams

i need to fix my config so that my admins are able to balance teams when needed. currently when teams are even (ex: 9 vs 9), no one can switch sides or move anyone. i thought i set it up so the teams could be uneven up to 2 people, but apparently that isnt working. can someone help me?

in server.cfg move mp_limitteams 0 to 1

see if that works

he wants up to 2 people, so do what fbi said but put the number 2 there

then exec server.cfg again

already had the mp_limitteams 2 set

also have mp_autoteambalance 0

what now?

hmm restart the server and than seee of it works
or you can see nextmap.

Make sure you are setting both variables in your server.cfg, and then change the map, that's pretty much all I can tell you. There are no other variables that I know of
