I bought a server from you guys a couple hours ago and since I was supposed to host a half life mod, I was given strict instructions on what to do and how to do it. The directions were kind of unlcear to me so I just kind of went on and made the server a HLDM. Now I'm stuck with a HLDM server and I was sent an E-mail by John stating that it will be complicated puting the server on the halflife mod now and I replied and havn't had an e-mail reply from him for at least an hour, maybe more. I was wondering if this problem will not be fixed today or what. I kind of want to get all my plugins working first before the 2 day trial is over.

There's really no need to post in the forums about this since it is being handled in email already. But, if you prefer to make the details of the situation public, we can.
You requested a TS server. TS (The Specialists) is a mod for Half-life, not HLDM, and is not something that we officially support. However, we told you in email that we would make an exception if you followed certain directions.
When you ordered, you chose to immediately click through on the Paypal subscription link. We explicitly said not to do that, and because you did, you've complicated things.
Fixing your situation takes a bit of time, as we told you in email just a few minutes after you requested the fix. We are still working on it. When it is complete, we will send you another email.

You did not express any confusion about these directions, and to me they seem very clear-cut.If you order the server as HLDM but do not click through on the paypal subscription link, I can change it on our end before you do so, and it will be created as TS.

Sorry if the post I posted was immature. I know you guys are busy and all but I truthfully just wanted to make sure I didn't cause a huge problem now that I didn't follow instructions. I have never bought or even had a paypal account until today, and I was kind of confused by the directions. I should have sent you an E-Mail before hand, and I am sorry for this inconvenience. I am very sorry if my post offended you at any way and I could have also been much more patient.
