So what is the difference between the Los Angeles Value package and the Los Angeles premium other than price?

We are in Oregon.

We have friends who run a Seattle Washington server and me ping great, but dont know about the Los Angeles area servers.

Basically, Premium (Internap) is performance driven, Value is cost driven, but still a good bandwidth.
