Looks suspiciously like spam to me, since this board is not meant for posting contests from other sites.

You can't specify a target in a [url] tag.

Eh, Edge100x has a point - it is actually not spam as long as he does not make people actually click it on this forum. My recommendation is delete this topic once nothing else is asked.
