well i changed the password, about 3 times because i did not realize i was changing the wrong password, lol, but now every time i log in i am taken back to the "change password" page and i need to know whats going on

You probably just need to click on the Ventrilo tab that says "DP" on the left side. I see you are logging in and your Ventrilo server is accessible. If not, you can try clearing your cache and/or cookies and relogging in.
