banned

NuclearFallout:Defcon 1 CS:S DM 100 tick

For some reason I was permanatley banned from this server yesterday, I do think it was some kind of mistake because I was not doing anything wrong, and I always play on this server and have never had any issues before. It is my fav server and I would like to get back on...can someone please tell me how i can do this? Who do i need to contact?
