hi there,

Ill live in europe (czech republic) and I would like to order server from your company. but when I try to play on EFG DM server provided by you I had 150+ ping.I would like , as admin, to have ping like 5. is possible to host it somewhere it europe or just in Dallas etc.If dont , can you recommend me a good europe server hoster

NFo only provides servers in USA only as of now.
Pings like 5 m/s is impossible, the reason is its all about routing and how many hops it takes from your computer to the server.
For someone from Europe playing in the EFG server with 150 m/s is not bad.

You might want to try NFo New York City Servers, you should be able to get better ping from there.

I tryed the NYC hyperacelerate server and I had 115~ about that,:/
