I want to give my admins a custom skin in the server

Can anyone help me with this? I have tried for days! Searching google and sites with tutorials and still no luck. I need someone to help me set this up step by step please!

THere is a plugin but it takes about 15 minutes to download them. So if people will wait, but they probably wont. Check this out http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=97428

They will help u out there with installation.
