Use this forum if you have a relatively general question or comment about a game, Ventrilo, TeamSpeak, or Murmur/Mumble server with us. If you have a server-specific question that might not help out the community, please directly contact us through your control panel instead.
When the map changes, everyone that dosent already have the map gets an error and it disconnects them. I uploaded the map and the other material folders into the server ftp, had no problems.
The map i uploaded plays on the server, the problem is noone can download it from our server when they connect.
There are numerous factors that could be causing this. You should contact us on live chat on the control panel regarding this so we can look at your configuration.
