Which is best server combination?

Alright, i am running Counter strike right now in an 18 man server. Now which one of these is better?

Verio Connection
High CPU Priority
Ping Booster

OR

JUST a Level3 Connection

???

For some odd reason, i just upgraded to the ping booster and there have been quite a few complaints of major lag spikes. For me i am fine, i ping in at 70ish, but others i see ping from 70-150 real quick. So i was wondering if maybe just upgrading to a totally new connection would help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Which server is yours so that we can tell which machine it runs on?

I would go for Level3 Connection

so pll all over the USA get good ping.

When my server was on Level3 you would not see pll over 100 ping

Level3 with pingbooster would be ideal.

Just because Level 3 is a better network, I would go with them. My server is on the Internap network and its sweet. If I lived in Cali I would have gone with Level 3.

And if you look at it. An 18 slot server with a ping booster would cost you $92.98 on Verio. And the same server on Level 3 without a ping booster is $97.32. If it were me and I was basing my decision of pings. I would still go with Level 3 because I ping 38 there without a ping booster. And if I take the claim of -10 ping with the use of a booster I would still ping 60 on Verio.

Level 3 with a ping booster would be ideal in your situation. But, if you dont want to add that Id just go with the Level 3 connection.
