need help moving my web page

need help moving my web page

i am trying to move my web page from my old server hosting to here and cant seem to do it i made a backup of the public html folder on to my pc with ftp and tried tp upload it with ftp to nfo but after it is done it never works and it takes hours to finish. it is a php nuke site if that matters
