ive ran 3 servers from game servers for 2 years MaNiAxE told me about you when i saw the low ping, my seattle server runs 90 ping but yours runs 55 ping mmm so i reg then tryed, and tryed to order a server no luck i would like to try a 14 man server but when i try it says error no alfa ? 47 yrs old and not able to rent your server any help ?

Alpha? the identifier you choose needs to be alphanumeric. It should be like macgivens or usually your clan abbreviation. It can't have any odd characters since its going to be part of your DNS such as identifier.nuclearfallout.net.
