Premium and Internap Servers
What is the difference between internap and premium?
In Seattle?
Premium uses a slightly different bandwidth mix that should be a little lower latency to many groups of people.
If you're getting a public server, I'd generally recommend InterNAP Seattle over Premium Seattle. I say that because the InterNAP location uses lower IPs that are closer to most clients' IPs, and as a result its servers will tend to show up sooner in the Steam listing.
