. There are AMD benchmarks. If you want other benchmarks, you can try looking but since the processor was released yesterday, there may not be many other third-party reviews yet. I believe the modest performance increase comment was around 26% overall performance increase in comparison with Intel. But that is not true at all - it is much higher, they are just trying to be modest so when other people use it and get blown away by the speed, the reviews skyrocket and AMD stocks simultaneously skyrocket while Intel goes to the toilet once again for years to come.
But like always, Intel will create a substandard processor, advertise the living daylights out of it and convince people (in particular naive kids who don't know what they're talking about) that their processors are superior when really silent AMD's processors are leaving Intel's in the dust.
