does psycho stats effect the servers performance at all???

PsychoStats compiles its stats offline from the server logs, so if you have the server set to log to disk anyhow it will not hurt the server's performance. In times of high disk usage on a machine or when large quantities of data are being logged, logging sometimes hurts a server's performance, however.
