For
game servers and
webhosting packages, your FTP information can be found in the
"File Manager" tab of your control panel.
This link leads to your server FTP. To open this in a standard read/write Explorer window, right-click on the link and select "Copy Link" or similar, then open Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer), paste it into the address bar, and hit enter. You can also click it directly if you have an FTP client such as WinSCP already installed.
Or you can connect with an FTP/FTPS client by using these details:
Hostname or address: xxxxxx.xxxx.nfoservers.com port 21
Username: xxxxxx
Password: xxxxxxxxx
Want to know what transfers have happened through FTP? You can export logs through the Access log page.
For
HLStatsX, your FTP information can be found in the
"Stats Manager" tab of your control panel, within the
"What FTP information can I use to edit the stats files?" drop down menu.
This is the FTP link for your stats page, which you can open in IE.
Note that the password is linked to your game server's FTP password (so when you change your FTP password, this changes as well).
As with the game server, you can connect to the stats FTP with your favorite FTP client instead, using this information:
Hostname or address: xxxxxx.hlstatsx.nfoservers.com port 21
Username: xxxxxx
Password: xxxxxxxxx
For
PsychoStats, your FTP information can be found in the
"Stats Manager" tab of your control panel.

Note that the password is linked to your game server's FTP password (so when you change your FTP password, this changes as well).
As with the game server, you can connect to the stats FTP with your favorite FTP client instead, using this information:
Hostname or address: xxxxxx.stats-ps3.nfoservers.com port 21

For
HLTV relays, your FTP information can be found in the
"Configuration" tab of your control panel.
You can access your FTP through this link with Internet Explorer. (May take several seconds to open.) If you'd prefer, you can also use your favorite FTP client, by having it connect to a host of xxxxxx.hltv.nfoservers.com (at port 21) and use the username server_xxxxxxhltv with a password of xxxxxxxxx.
If you run into any issues finding or connecting to your FTP, don't hesitate to reach out to us at
support@nfoservers.com or open a support request via the
"Help!" tab in your control panel.
