Call of duty 4 Patch Question

Hi,
Call of duty 4 Has a new patch that has just been released 1.6

I have no clue how i would go with installing this in my clans gaming server.

not sure if i was able to over FTP or not?

The patch isn't something you'd be able to upload, but we've made the patch available to our clients now. I posted more information on the 1.6 patch here.
