The server identifier is our way of recognizing which server is yours and it is also part of your DNS with us. For example, if you chose the identifier nfo, your DNS would be nfo.nuclearfallout.net.

so I put my own designated Server Identifier in the area that says:

"Server identifier. Usually your clan abbreviation." correct ??

I put anything on the order area that says "Server Identifier. Usually your clan abbreviation." For example, I put, DS.nuclearfallout.net, it said "Your identifier must be between 2 and 16 alphanumeric characters, and may not start with a number."

I tried caller.nuclearfallout.net, it still says, "Your identifier must be between 2 and 16 alphanumeric characters, and may not start with a number."

What went wrong?

You just put DS or caller, not the full DNS.

In the field, just put DS.

Everything I try to do it says "Needs 2 to 15 alphanumeric characters." I've put just numbers, just letters, and numbers and letters....

Just looked up DS and someone already has that one. Caller is available if you want to use that. You may want to try refreshing/clearing cache before going through the form.

Alrighty, I put just "caller" in the section, and it says, "You specified an invalid referrer. The referrer must be the identifier of an existing server. If you are unsure of the identifier of the server (for instance, if you only know its name or IP address), you will need to ask the renter of that server for his identifier."

Leave the referral field blank unless you know someone's identifier that referred you to us. caller should only be going in the identifier field.

I am haveing a problem too with a identifier
every time i go and request server rental it says The account you are trying to create already exists.
is this because of the identifier i have
tried so many indentifiers nothing works
The clan is called WolfGuard {WG}
Any help will be apreciated

No, that would mean that you are accidentally using the "I don't have a Nuclearfallout login" option when you should be using "I already have a Nuclearfallout login". If you've ever submitted an order before, you created an account already and it has a corresponding email and password.

Sorry dont worry i have done it now it must of made the account the first time i attempted and it said 2 or 6 more chacters blah blah thing lol
