Reseller Error

Post by tmack »

Thought this may benifit other people too.

My partner has just bought the reseller package from yourselfs and first of all thank you for the very quick and speedy service, the best game hosts I have seen for service so far.

Now just a quick problem -

1. there was no index.html/php with the zip file (is that on purpose?)
2. On the order page I have this error

Code: Select all

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@publ1city.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
this is just after your montly price will be.

any help would be appriciated

tom

For help with the partner system, please email us directly.

There is no index page because the example pages are meant to be integrated into an existing website and not to be their own site. You should have your own index that references our order.html page.
