Question About Your Partner Site
Discountgameservers.com is no longer offering new servers I was just curious why as I have a server from them (NFO) which I am extremely pleased with by the way.

There are many reasons for us suspending these sales.
Partly it is because it is against our nature to offer servers without support -- when someone asks, the culture at NFO gives us the strong urge to do whatever we can to help, and it is tough to turn people away who ask us about their DGS servers. As more people have come to associate DGS with NFO and its high level of customer service, such requests have become more common.
It is also partly because DGS servers have cost more to run than anticipated. We lose a good deal of money on these servers, even though they're not the lowest priced ones on the internet anymore. The point of DGS was to sustainably offer the lowest price servers out there. We could compensate for the price by crippling DGS server performance, as cheaper hosts do, but that is another thing that goes completely against our grain here.
In any case, DGS servers are not meant to be discussed on these forums, since these are for NFO. I'll have to lock the thread. If you have further questions about DGS, please contact the DGS support email.
