hlds update.... how?

It keeps saying this:

"Server restart needed "Your server is out of date, and will not be listed on the master server until you restart""

I go to cmd and type this:

cd \game installs

hldsupdatetool.exe -dir mk1pub -game cstrike -command update

and after I update the servers it says the same thing.

After looking around I found a fix that seems to be working...

setmaster remove 72.165.61.189

I put that line at the bottom of the server.cfg and it never told me the same messages again...

So I suppose this is a steam problem?

Aye, this seems to be a problem with that master server right now. Valve should have a fix in place for it soon.

Is this a problem on all CS servers? I don't seem to be getting it on mine. I haven't rebooted the servers in 2 weeks though, but still no problem.

I haven't seen it with ours yet, but there has been discussion about it on the Valve mailing list. It likely comes up randomly, depending on which master server the game picks.
